The TBS Lucid 3S–16S 200A Single ESC is designed for high-voltage, high-power applications where reliability and clean power delivery are critical. Built around a 10-layer high current density PCB, it offers excellent thermal performance and durability without relying on heavy external heatsinks, resulting in an impressive power-to-weight ratio for its class.

Developed in close collaboration with the AM32 team, the Lucid runs AlkaMotors32 (AM32) firmware, delivering efficient, responsive motor control with support for bi-directional DShot 300/600 and KISS ESC telemetry. Integrated current and voltage sensing simplify system wiring, while built-in TVS protection helps suppress voltage spikes common in large, high-voltage setups.

Rated for 200A continuous (600 seconds) and up to 580A burst (10 seconds with sufficient airflow), the Lucid is suitable for demanding propulsion systems, including large propeller configurations up to 32 inches when adequate cooling is provided. It supports a wide 3–16S LiPo input range, making it a flexible choice for industrial, heavy-lift, and experimental platforms.

IMPORTANT NOTES

Remember to wire up the GND connection of your signal wire back to the FC. At high voltages, this is required.

Looking for a lighter, bare-bones option? The Lucid 120A Rawdog ESC uses the same core hardware and AM32 performance DNA, but is supplied without a heatsink or capacitors for fully custom builds.
