The SkyRC Q500neo is a powerful four-channel AC/DC smart charger for anyone needing several RC batteries charged quickly and independently. It offers up to 500W total from mains AC, or 1000W from a suitable DC source, which suits busy FPV pilots, RC racers and workshops running a stack of packs at once. All four channels work independently: A and D handle up to 15A / 250W each, while the higher-powered B and C reach 25A / 500W each.
Every channel has its own XT60 main output and balance connection. Power comes either straight from a 100–240V AC mains supply or through the XT90 DC input from a suitable 9–36V source.
Supported chemistries run to LiPo, LiHV, Li-ion and LiFe from 1–6S, NiMH/NiCd from 1–15S, and 3S, 6S and 12S Pb. Lithium modes cover Balance Charge, Charge, Storage and Discharge, with further programmes for NiMH/NiCd and lead-acid. A strong 900–1500mA balance current keeps lithium cells accurately balanced, which matters most to anyone regularly charging several high-capacity packs.
Away from charging, the Q500neo works as an adjustable DC power supply, giving 1–30V at up to 15A from channels A/D or 25A from B/C — useful for running compatible workshop accessories. A USB-C PD 3.0 port adds up to 100W for laptops, phones and other USB-C devices.
Bluetooth 5.0 pairs with the SkyRC SkyCharger app for convenient control, and firmware updates come through the app as well.
For all its output and four channels, the Q500neo stays compact enough for everyday use. A 90° tilting display keeps charging information in clear view, and the mix of AC/DC operation, independent outputs and smart features makes it a versatile all-in-one for bench, workshop or race field.
