skyrc-itv500-mini-infrared-thermometer
SkyRC ITV500 Mini Infrared Thermometer

The SkyRC ITV500 is a compact Mini HeatVision tool built specifically for RC enthusiasts, letting you see heat before it becomes a failure point. Using far-infrared sensing, it converts invisible temperature changes into a live thermal image so you can quickly spot overheating motors, stressed ESCs, warming LiPo packs, poor connectors, or hot tyre surfaces.

Designed for pit-bag portability, the ITV500 weighs only around 38 g and features a bright 1.83-inch capacitive touchscreen that displays real-time temperature maps, automatic hot/cold markers, and tap-to-measure spot readings. Adjustable emissivity makes it accurate across metal, plastic, carbon and composite parts, while multiple colour palettes help highlight subtle temperature differences during setup and tuning.

Rechargeable via USB-C and firmware-upgradable using simple UF2 drag-and-drop, the ITV500 is a powerful diagnostic tool for racers and builders who want maximum reliability and performance from their RC rigs.

For alternative SkyRC temperature tools, we also stock the SkyRC 380P Infrared Thermometer with LED Screen for quick, no-frills surface checks, and the SkyRC TLD001 Thermologger Duo for recording temperature data over time using dual probes and Bluetooth connectivity. Together with the ITV500’s live thermal imaging approach, they give RC users several ways to monitor heat depending on how they tune and run their models.

Features

Far-infrared thermal imaging with live on-screen display

±2 °C measurement accuracy across −20 °C to 300 °C

Adjustable emissivity (0.01–1.00) for different materials

1.83″ capacitive touchscreen (240 × 284)

Auto marking of hottest and coldest points

Tap-to-measure custom spot temperatures

Rainbow, Iron Red and White Hot colour palettes

Switchable °C / °F / K units and brightness control

USB-C charging with 600 mAh rechargeable battery

UF2 drag-and-drop firmware updates

Six-language interface (EN / CN / FR / DE / ES / JP)

Ultra-portable 46 × 38 × 20.1 mm body, approx. 38 g

Important Note: The ITV500 is designed for RC hobby use and is not intended as a medical or clinical thermometer for people or animals

SkyRC ITV500 Mini Infrared Thermometer pairs well with SkyRC AirDuster RT002

Specifications

Size: 46 × 38 × 20.1 mm

Weight: about 38g

Display Type: 1.83″ capacitive touch screen 240 × 284 pixels

IR Resolution: 32 × 24 pixels

Thermal Sensitivity: 100mK @ 1Hz

Field of View: 55° × 35°

Frame Rate: 8 FPS

LCD Display: 240 × 284 pixels

Battery: 600 mAh rechargeable lithium battery

Charging Interface: USB Type-C

Charging Input Voltage: DC 5V

Temperature Measurement Range: -20°C(-4℉) ~ 300°C(572℉)

Measurement Accuracy: ±2.0℃(3.6℉)

Measuring Distance: <5 m (for high accuracy, within <20 cm)

Languages: EN / CN / FR / DE / ES / JP

Operating temperature: -5℃-60℃

Working humidity: ≤85%RH, non-condensing

Storage temperature: 0°C–35°C

Storage humidity: ≤65% RH, non-condensing
