The SkyRC B6neo2 builds on the compact design and feature set of the original B6neo, offering significantly higher DC output power while retaining the same portable, bench-friendly form factor.
Powered from a DC source, the B6neo2 delivers up to 300W of charging power with a maximum charge current of 15A , making it well suited to larger packs and faster charge rates when used with an appropriate power supply. USB-C power delivery is also supported for lower-power charging and portable setups.
The charger supports a wide range of battery chemistries, including LiPo, LiHV, LiFe and Li-ion (1–6S) , as well as NiMH, NiCd and Pb batteries. Balance charging, storage and discharge modes are provided, allowing accurate battery management for both routine charging and long-term care.
In addition to battery charging, the B6neo2 can operate as a digital DC power supply , with adjustable output from 5–27V in 0.1V increments and configurable current limiting. This makes it useful for powering and testing compatible DC equipment on the bench.
Discharge performance is improved through the use of the built-in balance port, allowing higher discharge rates compared to main-port discharge alone. This is particularly useful for battery conditioning and maintenance tasks.
A clear colour display running SkyRC’s ColorX interface provides straightforward access to settings and real-time battery data. The lightweight plastic enclosure keeps size and weight to a minimum, making the charger easy to transport for field use.
Comprehensive safety protections are built in, including reverse polarity, overload and short-circuit protection. An integrated control system manages charging and discharging processes to ensure safe and efficient operation.
