RadioMaster widens the GX series with the GX15 MAX. Aimed at pilots flying RC airplanes, gliders, helicopters and other traditional aircraft, it brings modern performance together with premium materials and refined controls for anyone who wants the last word in precision and feel.

Pilots after the same core performance in a more accessible package will find the standard GX15 alongside it.

Features

A 3.5-inch IPS touchscreen sits on top of the GX15 MAX, with 262K colours and up to 600 nits. Placed above the controls, it keeps telemetry, timers and flight information in view throughout the flight, so pilots can read critical data without a hand across the screen.

The high-performance STM32 H7 processor is a large step up in computing power over earlier generations. EdgeTX runs more smoothly, scripts execute faster and model switching is close to instant. Onboard flash plus support for external TF cards gives a dual-storage system that is both secure and flexible.

At the centre sit dual Semtech SX1281 transceivers carrying Gemini 2.4GHz ExpressLRS (ELRS). Built for modern aircraft and helicopter systems, the GX15 MAX keeps latency low and supports ultra-fast update rates, F1000 among them with compatible receivers such as the Nexus-XR. Two integrated antennas behind the display, one horizontal and one vertical, add Gemini redundancy, polarization diversity and dependable signal, with none of the bulk of external antennas.

Precision CNC-machined AG02 Hall sensor gimbals give the GX15 MAX excellent control feel, smooth movement and long-term durability. Aluminium buttons, a CNC aluminium scroll wheel and upgraded controls make for a solid, consistent interface across the radio. The carbon-look case finishes the design while keeping balance and comfort through long sessions.

A cooling system with a low-noise fan and aluminium heat sinks holds performance steady through extended use and demanding conditions. USB-C covers charging, simulator connection, firmware updates and fast data transfer.

A smart battery management circuit improves efficiency and stretches operating time, and the built-in gyroscope opens up extra control inputs. Tilt can trigger logical switches, drive gimbal movement or call up telemetry voice prompts, adding flexibility with no extra hardware.

Interchangeable shoulder switch modules let pilots arrange controls to taste, including swapping switches for momentary buttons. The GX15 MAX takes the GX15 platform's performance and adds premium materials, AG02 CNC gimbals and refined controls for pilots who want the fullest GX series experience.

Firmware Versions – FCC and EU LBT: Our stock is supplied with EU LBT firmware. Radios can be reflashed to FCC or vice versa, the hardware itself is not restricted. Please check the supported protocols below.
